Wonderful post, photo, and honesty. I ...Hi Fatima,

Wonderful post, photo, and honesty. I like that about you. You're never ashamed to say what you feel and how you see things in life. Good for you! I admire that about you. :)

I like the bike ride idea and how you use this as a form of transportation to and from work. What a great idea! I know a few people where I work who do this and feel so good about their journey on a bike ride. They relieve stress this way and have more energy to deal with their day ahead. There are even some folks who hook up their bikes to the back of their cars and take them out to ride together at lunch time in a pak. Talk about motivation and staying physically fit. Good for them! My husband and I just bought bicycles last year and our new plan for this year is to take family bike rides together. Our neighbors are big fans of bike riding and have a book on a bunch of bike trails to explore in New Jersey. We asked if we could borrow it some time and they said we could. They also recommended we ride on the "Henry Hudson Trail", which we plan on doing within the next couple of weeks. What a great way to spend quality time with the family as we get physically fit. :)

Keep the faith and the motivation you have. Don't look back but only forward as to how you have control on your future and your health. Best of luck to you!

JillJillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04651996229112230795noreply@blogger.com
